"I called the office yesterday morning around 8:30 AM with tooth pain, and they got me in the same day at 12:30. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The front desk was warm and efficient, getting me checked in quickly without any hassle. I'm always in and out very quickly here. They make my time feel valuable. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I truly appreciate that they bill my insurance directly for me, and are in-network. They're also close to home which is super convenient. I highly recommend them!
Tracy is the best RDH. She is thorough and gentle and I always leave their feeling like she spent a lot of time making sure that my teeth are great!! Dr Fallon is kind and knowledgeable!!!
I had Great Patient Service all the way from the Front Desk to my Teeth Cleaning, and then Doctor Fallon doing the Oral Evaluation! All the Teeth cleaning equipment was Brand New, and State of the Art. I was pleasantly surprised that I no longer need to lean over, and spit! Winning!! They also offer Oral B Electric Toothbrushes, and Oral B Water Flossers for Sale. Love My Dentist Office ♥️
The staff is super nice, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable as I do have some anxiety when going for dental appointments. I never have to wait long after arriving for my appointment. My recent appointment was a cleaning with the hygientist Tracey. I had been having some trouble with an upper tooth. Tracey was very thorough in the process of trying to get to the bottom of what the issue was.
