Mostly agree with Mary M. and wish I had seen her review before moving my mother there. Overall, the caregiving staff is good-- some really wonderful, others less so-- but senior administrators are weak and not accountable when issues arise. Housekeeping outside the common areas (in the rooms) is practically non-existent and food is objectively terrible-- the limited offerings are neither healthy nor tasty... not what you would expect at this price point.

This place is visually impressive. It's a clean, new building which has been tastefully decorated in a modern, neo-traditional style, with a chic aesthetic. This is definitely not the cottage kitsch of other nearby communities. Even so, do not for a moment believe your loved one will experience a level of care and attention that's an equally elevated or upscale version over what other facilities deliver. They will not. Poor management and low quality staff. I visit my family member a few times a year. The staff will have a full argument in front of you and roll their eyes when you ask to talk with them. Extremely unprofessional. Families are paying luxury prices for a place that is run like a Motel 6.

Don't fall for the "pretty" My loved one was there for a few months before passing away. The pandemic of 2020 was a horrible experience for all. These people are not trained or equipped to take care of a memory care resident. Quick to call family when they can't handle situation and threaten to kick them out and/or send them to hospital. I would never,ever recommend.
Do NOT about your family member in memory care . Our parent withered during pandemic and we could not get to her x 3 months . I reported them to stare for neglect and they were found culpable . Independent care ok and place pretty . Head nurse mocking during death of parent . DO NOT PUT YOUR HELPLESS family member there
