I have been here a few times for luminary with India and was pleased with her work. I had booked a fill with her today. I showed up at my appointment and found out she no longer works there. I had a different artist today and my nails are lowkey a mess! I don’t like leaving bad reviews, just want to help another girl out. I feel like I wasted 80$🫠 They’re all bumpy, missed shaped, twice as thick as they were, gunky and you can still see the brown color I had before on the sides of some of my nails. 😭
Got a facial from Savannah and she was INCREDIBLE. I was even able to get a same day appointment. Not very often to do I do nice things for myself and she made every dollar and every minute worth it and more. My facial offered a scalp and neck massage that was out of this world. She has such strong hands and truly made me feel better than I have in a long time. Not only was my skin glowing and felt amazing by the end by there was not an ounce of tension or stress left in my body. I will be back again no doubt ❤️
Edit: The tech who did my nails was still great. However, less than three hours after I got my nails done I had three of them pop directly off. I had gel done and I was just changing my clothes when I noticed the color gone. I wish I could say I was doing something crazy to cause the damage, but this is not the case.It seems as though the gel quality was really poor because I’ve never had this happen before. I went in for a lymphatic drainage massage and my expectations were exceeded! I was nervous at first but the staff made me feel welcome and at ease as soon as I walked through the door. The environment was very relaxing and upbeat, I enjoyed the music, smells and peacful ambience. My massage therapist Yalitza was amazing and very caring about my many allergies and medical issues. I will be booking again soon! Thank you Yalitza for making my weekend great!
I got a massage by Pablo and a facial with Rochelle. From the moment I walked in the doors I was greeted by incredible staff and a very serene environment.
