I have been here a few times for luminary with India and was pleased with her work. I had booked a fill with her today. I showed up at my appointment and found out she no longer works there. I had a different artist today and my nails are lowkey a mess! I don’t like leaving bad reviews, just want to help another girl out. I feel like I wasted 80$🫠 They’re all bumpy, missed shaped, twice as thick as they were, gunky and you can still see the brown color I had before on the sides of some of my nails. 😭
Edit: The tech who did my nails was still great. However, less than three hours after I got my nails done I had three of them pop directly off. I had gel done and I was just changing my clothes when I noticed the color gone. I wish I could say I was doing something crazy to cause the damage, but this is not the case.It seems as though the gel quality was really poor because I’ve never had this happen before. Got a facial from Savannah and she was INCREDIBLE. I was even able to get a same day appointment. Not very often to do I do nice things for myself and she made every dollar and every minute worth it and more. My facial offered a scalp and neck massage that was out of this world. She has such strong hands and truly made me feel better than I have in a long time. Not only was my skin glowing and felt amazing by the end by there was not an ounce of tension or stress left in my body. I will be back again no doubt ❤️
This place was fine. The vibes of the massage area was nice and the free option to get in robes and slippers was a bonus. However, the massages were just fine. My husbands massage therapist sat on a stool the entire time so he didn't get the best quality of massage. We also go pedicures and those were way overpriced. It was the weirdest pedicure of my life. We won't be going back.
I loved ever minute I was there! From the moment you walk through the door your mind goes to ease. I’m not a person that frequently goes to get a massage. Actually this was only the second one I’ve had in my 40 years living. That being said the greeting I got was friendly and genuine when I walked in. Nothing felt pressured.
