First I have to say the atmosphere was wonderful, the robes and slippers, the calm and quiet, I loved that. My therapist/nail tech was professional and warm, but not skilled enough to pay what I did for my services. My massage was OK, I asked for a lot of pressure, and asked for a couple of spots to be focused on, it seemed like she just did the standard massage taught in massage school. I recently had a couples massage and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Chanel G. was incredible, professional, attentive, and really intuitive with pressure and technique. She made sure we were comfortable the entire time and created such a relaxing atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Ashley Owens and the rest of the staff were also wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to the end. ... read more
Extremely clean and elevated experience. Vernie (idk on spelling) was my massage therapist for a maternal massage and she was amazing! Listened to and targeted my trouble points and found some I wasn’t aware of. She also gave me some homework of things to help in my day to day routine. Amazing amazing quality for the price!
I’ve been looking for a home to for regular massages. I found the Spa Lounge and it was easy to book an appointment so it was set! The staff is friendly and the spa environment doesn’t disappoint. I had my locker with my name and waited in a peaceful space till my massage was ready. Morgan was absolutely wonderful! I love when it’s intuitive and she was above and beyond. COUPLES MASSAGE EXPERIENCE! I REPEAT CHECK THE TIME YOU GET MASSAGED AND WHEN IT ENDS. They cut my husband and I 15min short and I didn't realize till the next day. That's a lot of time and it was our first couples massage ever. The ladies were nice and massage was nice BUT! To get time cut off is not okay. $200 for 35 mins and we paid tip? When I spoke with the front desk lady I was only credited $20 gift card? Thats the tip they just paid us for.
