My wife and I got a couples massage here and everything was amazing. From the second we walked in the door, to the second we left, we felt appreciated. Cameron and Nataly, Our massage therapists were great. Their communication was great and pressure was perfect. Would definitely go here again.
The first time I came, I enjoyed it very much! Got an amazing facial and manicure. I got the luminary nails because I was informed they are healthy for your nails. They looked AMAZING! After three weeks when I came back to have them removed, the same nail tech removed them. She grinded my nails leaving them extremely thin. The finger nail polish she painted on only lasted a few days before the paint started to come off. At first I brushed it off, but because my nails were so thin, they started to tear on the sides. My husband and I went to the Spa Lounge to get a birthday massage. The staff at the front was great. Both of the massage therapists were great. The only feedback I have for the male massage therapist is to use more lotion. Lather those hands with oil, lotion, or whatever liquids you use. At times I felt like that lotion wore off. Besides these, the friendliness and gentle/tough touch were great. Great experience overall. Thanks!
My masseuse, Miranda was extremely professional and very understanding of it being my first massage. The lobby is beautiful and very glamorous! Back where the rooms are, your transported into a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Combined with plush robes and footwear it was a phenomenal experience. I would recommend this spa to anyone and everyone! Definitely going to be booking repeat appointments!!
Went here for our anniversary couples massage. The waiting room was really nice and cozy… but the massage room was a bit cold and didn’t feel very cozy or relaxing. Thank goodness for our massage therapists, they were able to hit the right spots and relax both of us as they worked on each of us. If only the room was a bit more relaxing and cozy, I would give 5 stars. Thank you Spa Lounge… we would come here again for sure.
