First I have to say the atmosphere was wonderful, the robes and slippers, the calm and quiet, I loved that. My therapist/nail tech was professional and warm, but not skilled enough to pay what I did for my services. My massage was OK, I asked for a lot of pressure, and asked for a couple of spots to be focused on, it seemed like she just did the standard massage taught in massage school. I recently had a couples massage and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Chanel G. was incredible, professional, attentive, and really intuitive with pressure and technique. She made sure we were comfortable the entire time and created such a relaxing atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is really pleasing and relaxing! I also love that they put little mint chocolates in your locker 🤤 I also would like to mention that the receptionist was so nice and I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her. These days it’s not common to see someone happy at their job, but this girl was a breath of fresh air! She made me feel welcomed and our short interaction didn’t feel ‘scripted’ if that makes sense? I went to The Spa Lounge for a birthday surprise my grandma and mom planned for me, and it was a really amazing experience! All 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed every second of our time there, we each got the 80 minute Be Pampered Honey Hydration full body experience, and we all thought Talisa, Shalynn, and unfortunately cannot remember our 3rd person that helped us, where fantastic! Super kind, attentive, and the treatments were amazing. We will be back again, and would highly recommend anyone going in! Thank you all!
I have been here a few times for luminary with India and was pleased with her work. I had booked a fill with her today. I showed up at my appointment and found out she no longer works there. I had a different artist today and my nails are lowkey a mess! I don’t like leaving bad reviews, just want to help another girl out. I feel like I wasted 80$🫠 They’re all bumpy, missed shaped, twice as thick as they were, gunky and you can still see the brown color I had before on the sides of some of my nails. 😭
