Edited: I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars: The owner did reach out very quickly, and was extremely nice. I was accidentally over charged, and they did refund me for the part that was added on accidentally. I've been here twice for massages. Both times I requested Gavin. He is amazing with deep tissue work and very knowledgeable and good at his job! I highly recommend him for males and females, he was very professional and considerate. The receptionists are very helpful. The building is nice and the products are good as far as I've used. Prices are fair!
Loved my experience at the Spa Lounge here in Lehi! I came for a deep tissue massage with Dani, she was amazing and so lovely! She acknowledged my concerns and focused on those areas, I left feeling refreshed. I will certainly be booking with her again. I love how the Spa Lounge really makes it a SPA experience by putting your name on a locker and providing you with a robe and sandals. It just adds an extra touch and I love that! I had the best experience at the new Spa Lounge in Lehi! I booked a manicure and pedicure with Brooklyn Goodrich and Maddie Jones—both were incredibly kind, professional, and did an amazing job. My nails look and feel fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and cared for. I was in desperate need a self care day and a pedicure at The Spa Lounge did just the trick. Brooklyn was very kind and gave me a much needed pedicure which was amazing! She took care of me from start to finish and I am so grateful for such amazing service! I will definitely be coming back to The Spa Lounge!
