5 stars SOLELY for the therapy team at The Springs. My family member was in this facility and raved about Layne, Tony, and Bailey and the care they provided. Now, if it wasn’t for them this would be a one star review. My family member was laying in pee for so long, the only time she was changed is when therapy came. Jacy was so loud at times and always called my aunt “baby”. The weekend and night staff was horrid. You can have an A and B team but the aides there are more like Y and Z team. The staff are horrible to the patients. If you have a parent you place here with dementia I suggest you don’t. When you speak up about the way they yell and mistreat or neglect folks in here you are informed sometimes we have to talk to them like a child. I sure hope they don’t have parents that end up in a nursing home treated they way the treat vulnerable adults.

Our family has been very pleased with the care our loved one has received at The Springs. The staff is incredibly caring and dedicated, and we especially want to acknowledge the nurse Stefanie Novak. She went above and beyond and was very attentive. She made us feel at peace knowing our loved one was in good hands. Highly recommend the Springs!

My husband has been at the Springs for 11 days, so far. The meals are decent, the staff is really friendly, they seem to like their jobs. His nurse Stephanie is very considerate. My only BIG issue is with the call system. No communication whatsoever with the staff when it’s turned on. The light goes on above the door & they see on the computer, I guess, that the light is on & for how long. There are two hallways between my husband’s room and the nurses station. I could not be more happy with the level of care that our uncle received at The Springs. The staff was so helpful! A nurse Stefanie was amazing, helpful, patient, and caring. The aids always quick to assist with our needs or questions! I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one!
