My house will only be visited by the termite guy! I had other contractors come over after I was pretty sure I had gotten rid of my termite colony. They told me I would need to tent. Which would have been another $3000 before Christmas. The termite guy came over he immediately knew what to do and impressed us with his knowledge and integrity.
