Worse apartments I have lived in. Management is horrible not able to prioritize work orders properly. Spent 1.5 years in an apartment with a broken AC unit Management knew and was told by HAVC that the unit needed to be replaced and they refused to replace it. It would get up to 84 degrees inside. Those apartments jave so much work needed to be done to them to bearable to love in and they dont have the correct Management or funds to do so.
I have lived here since December of 2022. There has been 3 or 4 different office managers. The newest company who took over after Petra dropped the ball on anything and everything that needed done around this place. The new management team is amazing, super respectful and helpful. Give you a very advanced notice if they need to come into your place. They have also started fixing the place up to make it look better. Me and my husband just moved in back in December 2025, so far everything has been amazing. The manager is very kind and very helpful. The unit we are in was very clean and welcoming. The families around us are very respectful and quiet they are also very kind! We have enjoyed living here the past few months so thank you To Tina for making this a comfortable community!
I've lived here with my partner for 3-4 years and we've definitely dealt with a lot of... we'll say... frustrating management & maintenance in the past. So it's definitely a relief and pleasant surprise to see the new management & maintenance actually working to make things better here. I appreciate their efforts and empathy towards their tenants. Already seeing improvements in the short time they've been here!
I've been here for about a year since management changed. Ever since then, they've been on they stuff. They CARE about their residents really well, Aaron and Tina did a really great job replacing the water heater in my apartment and have had zero problems. I really appreciate the work and effort the property staff is doing
