Hi. I’ve lived here for approximately 3yrs. Was going to move when my lease is up. But the new owner, property manager and maintaince are GREAT!!!! Will sign a new lease with them when mine is up. Looking forward to the pool this summer!!!! So happy for all the changes and kindness that has come along with the new manager and maintaince. Nice to have someone who cares!!!!!
I have lived here since December of 2022. There has been 3 or 4 different office managers. The newest company who took over after Petra dropped the ball on anything and everything that needed done around this place. The new management team is amazing, super respectful and helpful. Give you a very advanced notice if they need to come into your place. They have also started fixing the place up to make it look better. The old stairs they had were barely stable and had since been replaced by new wooden stairs and balconies. I wo... read more
Me and my husband just moved in back in December 2025, so far everything has been amazing. The manager is very kind and very helpful. The unit we are in was very clean and welcoming. The families around us are very respectful and quiet they are also very kind! We have enjoyed living here the past few months so thank you To Tina for making this a comfortable community!
I have lived here since 2017 when it was West Lodge great place to call home. Then came PETRA rent at your own risk. I have always remained hopeful and now with the new owners and the awesome management and maintenance team. I believe West Lodge (Terra 3600) will be great again.
I've been here for about a year since management changed. Ever since then, they've been on they stuff. They CARE about their residents really well, Aaron and Tina did a really great job replacing the water heater in my apartment and have had zero problems. I really appreciate the work and effort the property staff is doing
