I had such a great experience touring this community. The manager was welcoming professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Everything was clean, well maintained, and left with a really positive impression. The manager Amanda was very helpful answering all my questions. I will definitely be applying. If you can look past all the construction they're doing to improve the property it's going to be a great place to live

I went through the development as it goes through the changes. Great improvement I enjoyed going through the new development. Amanda was very easy to talk to and she answered all of my questions. Make me feel at home and safe.. The development is beautiful is clean and it was a pleasure going through the tour thank you Amanda for being such a great Manager.

I am a neighbor to complex and since the change in management or ownership this place is improving 500 times what it was , the improvements that are being made are amazing you are see staff out on the grounds working and interacting with tenants, and I have had the opportunity to speak with a gentleman that was the maintenance manager and a young women in the office they were both very friendly and professional. 2 thumps up , Great changes for the better. Nice Neighbors

Terra@3600 has spoken and has followed up with actions by remodeling and maintaining its apartment building. There’s nothing like living in a conducive and comfortable place. The face lift happening our community is amazing! It's going to look AMAZING when it's done. I was going to move but I'll stay! And Amanda the new manager, she's present, knowledgeable and always looks nice!
