10/10 visit every time!✨ My little boy absolutely loves coming here. They are so nice to him and so nice to me. The environment was very welcoming and I enjoyed the superhero decor😂❤️ thank you for making these dentist visits very fun and enjoyable.
Went in to have a dangling “ baby” molar tooth pulled. While the adult tooth is in the same socket completely as well. instead of pushing baby molar out it been hanging off to the side for well over a month. We’ve tried everything to extract it but the tissue fibers hold it firmly in place. A very nice elderly gentleman dentist came in. We’ve been seen by him in the past. we had been told was easy peasy -they can “pop” that right out I was assured she’d leave with that tooth gone. That’s all I wanted. Also even though w... read more
The medical staff is extremely adapt and caring and handling little ones. There's never a wait, they're always very thorough, answer all my questions and go above and beyond any expectation I might have. The kids are not in fear of the dentist, my 5-year-old granddaughter thinks it's fun to go there and always wants to dress up in her princess outfit. So from her they get a five star rating and her grandma too.
The people there are nice but it's a headache that they don't have a billing department that's available during the same time they're taking appointments. If you're going to be accepting appointments and requiring payment at the time of the appointment you should have a active billing department to make sure people are being charged correctly.
My 3 grandkids have been going here for a few years. This was the first time I went with them. The office is super clean, the dr and techs are very friendly. The kids were not scared at all of going. With all 3 going at one time I thought it would take a long time. But we were in and out in about an hour. They got X-rays and their teeth cleaned. I wish I had a dentist office this nice and friendly when I was a kid. I highly recommend them and will let anyone that asks for a dentist about them. Thankfully so much!
