First let me just say WOW… this building is gorgeous, but most importantly the staff is amazing. I went in for a leasing appointment and was instantly greeted with a smile from the leasing girl, cortland. There was plenty of snacks and water as we toured the property. She was very knowledgeable about the building which was fantastic. On our tour we met the property manager, Simon and the service manager Blerim. I can’t say enough great things about this community and the staff! Laurie, Lisa, Simon, and Cortland have all been absolutely amazing… personable, caring, and genuinely invested in helping residents feel at home. They’re always quick to answer questions and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. My move-in experience was completely stress-free thanks to their organization and kindness. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful home and an incredible management team!
I had an amazing tour with Blerim, the Building Engineer. His knowledge and professionalism was truly impressive. The entire team was absolutely incredible, and the property itself is beautiful. The Community Director Simon, leads with excellence, and it really shows in the strong culture and presentation of the community. Wonderful job all around!

I couldn’t be more excited to call this place home. From the very start, the leasing process has been smooth, stress free, and way easier than I expected. The staff has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind, you can tell they genuinely care about who’s moving in and want you to feel welcome right away. There’s already a courtesy officer on staff, and law enforcement regularly drives through the area, which definitely puts my mind at ease.
