First let me just say WOW… this building is gorgeous, but most importantly the staff is amazing. I went in for a leasing appointment and was instantly greeted with a smile from the leasing girl, cortland. There was plenty of snacks and water as we toured the property. She was very knowledgeable about the building which was fantastic. On our tour we met the property manager, Simon and the service manager Blerim. I couldn’t be more excited to call this place home. From the very start, the leasing process has been smooth, stress free, and way easier than I expected. The staff has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind, you can tell they genuinely care about who’s moving in and want you to feel welcome right away. There’s already a courtesy officer on staff, and law enforcement regularly drives through the area, which definitely puts my mind at ease. Even though I haven’t moved in yet, I’ve had a great experience so far. The leasing team has been super responsive and easy to work with—Simon and Laurie especially have been on top of everything and made the whole process feel smooth and welcoming. The building itself looks amazing. I toured the place and was honestly surprised how well it balances a clean, modern feel with the character of the Stockyards. I can’t say enough great things about Cortland and Simon they have the hospitality of a true Texan. This team has been extremely patient, helpful, and supportive through the entire process. We are excited to move in and be a part of this amazing community. The homes are beautiful and have different color schemes and lay outs to pick from. This is definitely a beautiful and unique Texas home.
Our first day has been amazing. Started off by being greeting by the entire staff. What a great start with getting to know everyone. From the property manager to maintenance team. Our place was carefully prepared for our arrival. All aspects of “The Union Stockyards” were well thought out and the new property fits perfect in the stockyards. Amenities are all 10 out of 10. Highly recommended! Job well done to the entire team!!
