A++++. Huge thanks to Adriana and Gina for making my move such a smooth and welcoming experience! The property is absolutely gorgeous, the apartment exceeded my expectations in both luxury and size. The entire transition into a new city, home, and job felt effortless because of their support. I couldn’t be happier to call this place home!
Let me just say how absolutely stunning this community is. I had a chance to tour with Adriana. She is so passionate about what she does and how she treats people. I feel you have the perfect person to run the show. I can see my nephew living here and I end up never leaving. Thank you Adriana for such a wonderful tour.
Gina was absolutely amazing, very communicative and helpful, getting everything we needed done. I absolutely love her amazing energy and attitude; towards things are amazing. This is my first time moving out, and she has made it so much easier, helping us step by step on getting everything done in order to move. I absolutely recommend her to people looking for a good home. The community is amazing.
Great new property. However they do not enforce residents to pick up dog poop. It’s quite disgusting to not be able to walk your own dog without mounds of dog poop having to be picked up, even in the dog park where the bags are right there. Also, they claim of “fines” but they have no list of what is not allowed. We were threatened with a fine for putting out a light decor while there are people with lawn ornaments in the community grass, large plants in hallways and flags hanging from balconies. Current resident… Caution: The property is attractive, the amenities are nice, the office staff are friendly, the apartment layout is nice… however… if you run into problems with your account, or fees being charged… you can’t get any help. I have tried for three weeks to get reimbursed for a credit card fee that was charged to my acct in error. Additionally, the rules of the amenities changed after moving in and are different than what was told during the tour. Fines are charged if you violate any of the policies, but you... read more
