The View is a beautiful complex. The layout and the amenities are great, the view truly is breathtaking. Even better than all that is the customer service. GINA was amazing, she helped with every question I had. She’s extremely knowledgeable and responds to every question/concern immediately.
Current resident… Caution: The property is attractive, the amenities are nice, the office staff are friendly, the apartment layout is nice… however… if you run into problems with your account, or fees being charged… you can’t get any help. I have tried for three weeks to get reimbursed for a credit card fee that was charged to my acct in error. Additionally, the rules of the amenities changed after moving in and are different than what was told during the tour. Fines are charged if you violate any of the policies, but you... read more
I absolutely love The View,!!!! It’s a stunning property, and the customer service is top-tier! Adriana, Jeremy, and Tina have been incredibly sweet and supportive. I absolutely loved my visit to The View, and the property is simply GORGEOUS. For the price? You definitely can’t beat it. What truly stood out to me, though, was the incredible staff. They are so hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. My husband and I were looking for an apartment complex to live at in Cartersville. The View on Canton was the only complex that offered us 2 months free of rent, so my husband quickly moved in within a week. It was such an easy process moving in to our first apartment with so many questions because of Gina. We were Gina’s first tenants, and she did an amazing job answering any and every question I had.
