Girls in the office talk around things never given clear answers. If there is a maintenance issue put it in idc about the run around I want it fixed as a home owner and quickly. Debbie and Kathy both aren't trustworthy. Debbie in guidance by Kathy I'm sure but her assistants don't stay long. I'd rather not have to deal with them at all and just have a maintenance number
We have lived here for about a year and a half. We have never had a problem. It is a very quiet park. I have recommended to many people who are downsizing, and selling their homes, to buy a new double wide in the park. Any and every time I have had to contact Kathy in the office, she was been wonderful!! I can’t recommend this place enough! A+
Kathy constantly lies posted on next door and a lot of people are coming forward with the same issues. They don't take care of the trees and keep raising rent with no improvement or even holding their end of the lease. District never called called back for a property issues we have with her taking the owner of the home off the lease then after adding her back on in January is trying to collect from prior to when we lived here. Kathy is very two-faced. One minute she wants to be friendly and the next she’s trying to hand you a 30 day eviction notice when you clearly are up to date on your rent. And when you ask for your paperwork she calls the cops on you and then bans you from even coming into the office. Worse place I’ve ever lived
It was a very easy process. Everyone was very nice and helpful
