Amazing! The Villagio is honestly the best place to live in Fayetteville! The building is absolutely gorgeous. Everyday when you come home you feel like you’re in a hotel and I love it! There is a movie theatre, pool, a beautiful gym, and a lobby! All of the residents are nice and keep to themselves. The owners are super sweet and really care about the residents! No regrets!!! Any time I have needed anything repaired I have gotten outstanding services. The technician keeps me informed and there's always a quick turnaround time!!
This place is HORRIBLE Ever since I’ve moved here back in 2020 they haven’t paved the back parking lot, forcing people to trudge through ankle deep mud when it rains just to get into the back gate. Plus recently they decided to completely change the fob sensor making it impossible for someone to get in or out of the back gate. They did not tell us at all either. Nobody’s fobs work for it. This is a fire hazard! That doesn’t even count how many times the drive in gate has been broken! And I have tried to talk to them about it... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE This used to be an amazing place to live, but since Van Metre took over the property in early 2022 everything has gone seriously downhill. Neither the outside grounds nor the inside are kept up. We have had 2 break-ins, once a vehicle and once our interior storage unit, had things stolen, and management doesn't care at all. Awful, rude office staff and to break the lease costs an extra $2500. Avoid at all costs.
Candy Coated Disaster! Me and my husband Recently wedded in February and decided that's our first place together would have to be somewhere where we could not only be comfortable but feel safe & possibly wanted to be permanently when starting a family. I can across The Villagio Apartments and at first sight fell in love with the color coronation and detail. Little did I know what we were in for!
