Property Very nice quiet area. Maintenance of property is always clean any use is required is done quickly. Friendly and helpful management all the time
Many Improvements-New Owners I have lived here for several years, and there have been several different owners, most of them terrible. The current owners are making amazing improvements. Maintenance requests are handled right away. Management is always available if you have any questions. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood a safe.
Nice place to live! I moved into The Villas last year and I am very pleased with the property manager and the maintenance staff here. The manager Chris was very polite and accommodating during my tour and the apartment as well as the property looked very nice. Every issue I have they are very prompt in making sure it gets done in a timely manner. My coworker just moved in and would recommend this place to more of my friends.
