They dont build casinos for winners... but keeping that in mind, it's a fun place to go. Great beds and showers. Casino and hotel service and servers are wonderful and kind (most). The food is good, but there is no buffet. If you play smart, you can make 1000 last 3 days. I've had ample opportunities to leave up or even... I just don't know when to quit, ha. Best times for winnings seem on weekends and late at night, or early mornings on weekdays.

They have so many promotions going on. The machines don't just drain your money at once so you have fun playing even if you lose. I loved the Monday hot seats! Staff are so friendly. They give out great gifts! Always a fun time when we go there

The room I booked was a king with a balcony. When checking in I was told that I booked a standard king. I have the digital receipt that clearly says with balcony. We were told all the balcony rooms were booked. We had no choice so we stayed. The room was very comfortable but there was not a microwave, and the keurig did not work great. The bed was fantastic! We will stay again!

This was our 4th time staying here on our way to our final destination and return home. AMAZING experience each time. Great rooms for the price, and huge casino with a LARGE variety of slots and tables. Restaurants on site, as well as a spa. The Finger Lakes are right around the corner for those who are wine enthusiasts!! Highly recommend!!

Had a very enjoyable trip to del Lago. Spent one night and room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of new slot machines were available as well. Look forward to my next road trip there.
