I live in Liverpool which is almost exactly the same distance from del Lago and TS casinos. My wife and I love going to del Lago. Everything about del Lago is 5 star as far as we're concerned. All the staff that we've come in contact with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The heating and AC always keeps the room as warm or cool as we'd like. Only once we had a lighting issue and someone from maintenance came and fixed it promptly. Room was modern but still lacking. The furniture had scratches. Check in was very fast but no real interaction. Not rude but not friendly. The room was clean and seams quiet. The slots took our money pretty quickly so not really planning to play anymore. The steak house was mediocre at best. Service was great however food was only average.

My first time staying at a casino hotel and the surprise was how calm everything feels. The usual 'desperate' aura that seems to fill other casinos definitely wasn't felt here. Everyone seemed to just be having fun. The staff have all been friendly and our room on the top floor gave luxurious vibes. I look forward to coming back again someday soon!

We have been coming to Del lago for a long time.. we would come and stay for two sometimes three nights. We just came this past weekend . I usually get free rooms , dinning credit and free play. I had to get a new card because of system changes. I noticed more and more that the free play isn’t what it used to be. I’ve won many jackpots there and I always bet the limit. That also has changed. I have been to Del Lago and seen many shows at the Vine over the years. I like to play on the machines. I went to three different shows this past year and the service was great and the venue awesome to see a show. I usually don’t cash my ticket in and use it the next time and have done so for years now. The past two shows I went to dinner ran long and I didn’t have a chance to play therefore the ticket was not updated.
