We visited del Lago for a couples massage and spent a short time in the casino afterward. Gambling isn’t really our thing, so the spa was the main focus of our visit. The spa amenities are quite nice. The locker rooms are well appointed and include both a sauna and a steam room. The women’s sauna was lovely and relaxing, though unfortunately the steam room was marked “out of order” during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. Even though we have to drive 45 minutes to go to Del Lago, it's always a fun time. Rooms are nice, pricey but worth the stay most trips. Casino floor offers great variety and wager options whether it's a weekend night or Tuesday afternoon. All staff have always been friendly. The Vine is a nice place for concerts too.
We were comp'ed a free room so that price was right. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Sociale was our stop for breakfast, $$$ for sure. $50 for two breakfasts with a muffin and 2 coffees is a bit much. All of the staff were very pleasant. Slot machines were very tight, could barely get a hit. Ok for a free room visit.
The casino was absolutely beautiful inside and outside! this was our first time here and we had a great time! Upon entering the employee was very friendly and very informative ! The casino was very clean and spacious! There were complimentary drinks , coffee and sodas. I did find my new favorite game! Glad we took the almost two hour drive ! The employees were SO nice too! Another fun trip to this casino! Had ALOT of fun !
This place has the worst customer service ever. I contacted the hotel 3 times to try to get a room for a concert they gave me tickets too. Everyone I talked to gave me different information and each one of them were wrong. I was told to talk to a manager so I left a message and my call was never returned. I called again and the guy who answered keep asking me several unnecessary questions. He then told me the manager just walked around the corner and would call me right back another lie.
