I am a weekly visitor, my wife and I enjoy the large variety of machines. We take a few hundred and just look to break even or earn points for food. Makes it fun and affordable. Years ago we went allot more with the free beer while gambling and deep food discount with points and coupons. It's definitely not the same but it's fun It should be beer and wine for people with a lower points scale, we are local and would come allot more. We definitely enjoyed ourselves playing the games, and listening to the music this weekend! One thing we did notice was the room not being as clean had we had hoped, especially for the price we paid. The shower had grime on the wall along the shower knob ,and just along the grout in general. Behind the door to the toilet room was dirty. Nothing in the hotel really smelled or felt clean except for the lobby. The menu left in the room for room service was covered in grime like it hadn’t been wiped down in weeks! All three RVs in our party stopped here around five in the afternoon. Plenty of parking for RVs. Security was more than welcoming. Had a wonderful dinner at the casino then played the tables until nearly midnight. The dealers Drew and John were super nice and helpful. We stayed in our RVs overnight in the parking lot and then had breakfast in the casino in the morning. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend to anyone traveling in an RV. I’m giving del Lago a 5-star review because, overall, we had a great experience. I attended a concert with a friend and brought my dog, and aside from our check-in experience, our stay was excellent. The property was very clean, our room was comfortable, and nearly every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only disappointment was at check-in. When I realized I had forgotten my dog’s water bowl, I asked the front desk if they had anything that could temporarily work as a bowl for the evening.... read more

Spent two nights at the Del Lago during July 2026. I prefer staying in the Waterloo area when visiting the Finger Lakes region, and compared to the other hotels in the area, the decision to stay at Del Lago is easy. That said, Del Lago is a casino first, and a hotel/spa second. I have to mention that I was checked in by a fellow who wasn't very welcoming.
