Check in process is easy. Have a ticket or scan your phone. Venue is small but nice. Drinks are concert prices. Bathroom is clean. Sound is terrible! We saw Hunter Hayes here and the sound was so bad that you could not hear him sing. People were yelling for them fix the sound and they ignored it. Staff at the bar was nice. Lines are not very clear so it's hard to tell which line was cash only.

This was my first show at the Vine. The venue is very nice! Comfortable seating. Great view of the stage. Doors open 30 minutes before the show begins. Sone people lineup before the doors open, but all seats are reserved so it's not needed. There is a bar at the back of the showroom that serves a variety of drinks. I believe that all if the seats have cup holders in their armrests. The ushers are very helpful, especially to first timers.

The Vine entertainment venue is really huge inside with a main floor, balcony and bar it has very good acoustics and never a bad seat in the place.You can see a lot of concerts or comediennes here.I saw an Elvis tribute show here and it was fabulous. It's located in the Del Lago casino with plenty of free parking in the lots.It's a highly enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Located inside the Del Lago casino with plenty of free parking, this venue is very large with good sound.Theres the main floor or balcony to enjoy musicians or comedy acts.There is a bar to grab drinks and enjoy the entertainment. I saw an Elvis tribute show here, which I thoroughly enjoyed and can't wait to come back again.

I had been to Del Lago before, but I had never been to The Vine. We went here last Friday for the Jay Leno show. The lighting inside is pretty and purple, but it's really strange lighting for pictures, and even to look at the stage. We were in the front row of the balcony. The place is pretty small and has nice seats. We had no issues seeing or hearing, and the chairs were comfortable with cupholders in the armrest. My husband and I went there for the $10 fish fry and I wasn't really hungry so we were just going to split 1 fish when we first got it it was very greasy looking like the grease temperature was not high enough. The thicker part was still cold so I sent it back . They took it in the back for several minutes the manager brought it up and it was steaming so obviously they stuck it in the microwave he was moving it around with his fingers saying that it's still hot and he's not going to accept what I was saying.
