Management staff, horrible and un polite, they do not want to work here. Was very sad, ombudsman, medical professional, and this was the first facility to disappoint.
Both of my parents have been in every level of care at the CA Armenian Home (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Nursing, and Cognitive Care), and every level of care and staff have been phenomenal. The facility is beautiful, the food is good, but the care is just beyond. As my father says, "they seem to give everyone a niceness test before they hire them.".
