Was served by Josh what a true gentleman. Had a slight issue with my Rolex strap, not closing Properly, he fixed it within a minute very professional would highly rate fantastic service
Went to watch lab in milton keynes today after visiting beaverbrooks where i bought the watch and beind told they didnt know if it was a wind up watch or battery . The gentelman at watch lab knew his stuff and sorted out watch brilliant very profesional service at a good price would deffinatley use again
I get my watch batteries replaced here. But today I took my Seiko in. The stainless steel strap had come apart. “It must be about 30 to 50 years old?” “Yes”, I said, “41 to be exact”. 60 seconds later it was repaired … no charge! Brilliant! I’ll continue to get my watch batteries replaced here!
After checking out Timpsons, they said my MK watch was too tight to remove links. Watch Lab did it within minutes and charged me less than the other quotes. Didn’t catch his name but thank you whoever was working 25th Aug 2025!
