Went to your store at Meadowhall and was served by Scott. Was very near the end of the day and close to closing. Nothing was a problem, he sorted out a new spring pin in my watch strap which wasn’t as straight forward as hoped. He also added an extra link and made sure all was right. Excellent service. Very happy
