I took my watch into a big name jewellers and was quoted £65 for a service as the 2 new batteries they tried apparently didn’t work. I decided to shop around and was served by Kat at the Gyle. She offered to try a battery “just in case” and it worked. She was also friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Her customer service was impeccable and I’ll be recommending this business. Even if the battery didn’t work, I’d have still been really impressed.
