Was at last chance saloon with my beloved 1990s Citizen Aqualand. It was with Citizen 8 months ago and they reported back that they couldn't fix it. Following a conversation with the guys in Livingston they said let's have a look. I dropped my watch off, and left without much hope. 30 minutes later I returned and Callum had fixed a watch that the manufacturer couldn't...or wouldn't. I am soooo greatful, these guys are super helpful, skilled and friendly. A credit to your company..đź‘Śđź‘Śđź•°đź•°Â

I took my watch into a big name jewellers and was quoted ÂŁ65 for a service as the 2 new batteries they tried apparently didn’t work. I decided to shop around and was served by Kat at the Gyle. She offered to try a battery “just in case” and it worked. She was also friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Her customer service was impeccable and I’ll be recommending this business. Even if the battery didn’t work, I’d have still been really impressed.Â
