Far overpriced. For the same battery and 12 month warranty you are better off going to timpsons. Much cheaper. Staff are friendly and it was quick but they have set their prices too high. Unless they lower their prices I would not return as felt I was ripped off.
I've been to that watch lab in Hanley several times. The customer service is excellent, I have had watch, repairs and batteries from this branch and went today and received a fast and professional service. Highly recommend. All the best and to you and your staff for the new year
Excellent service, needed a few links removing from my watch, everything was completed pretty quickly and reasonably priced. Service came with guarantee and they’re more than happy to adjust if needs be in future.
We had a replacement battery in one watch and links removed from another. Really good service from both staff members on the day. They were really friendly and professional and we were very happy.
