Had a number of repairs and battery changes done with these guys over the years, Most recently had an issue with a glass replacement that was slightly raised on one side and before I could take it back in to be reset, the glass had chipped due to the raised side, Chris examined the piece and said they will repair it due to the ill placement of the fitting. Absolute great customer service from Chris and the reason keep going back with all my repairs/replacements.

Big thank you to Chris for helping me punch a new hole in my watch strap after the manufacturer refused. He made light work of what the manufacturer insisted couldn’t be done. On top of that, he wouldn’t accept payment which was very kind and hospitable. Thank you so much Chris!!
