Amazing fast service. The gentleman at the desk is polite and knows what he is doing. I left a shopping bag there whilst I was getting my watch link removed. The gentleman kept it there for me until I picked it up which was around 2 weeks later. Great friendly service keep it up.
Big thank you to Chris for helping me punch a new hole in my watch strap after the manufacturer refused. He made light work of what the manufacturer insisted couldn’t be done. On top of that, he wouldn’t accept payment which was very kind and hospitable. Thank you so much Chris!!
Jaden from the store in Manchester Arndale is an actual legend! I had a complex link issue with my Raymond Weil watch. Couple other stores I won't name passed it over as apparently it was not possible to fix. Jaden however found a fix! All because he took the time to understand it and find a solution. All done in 15 mins as well. Top top guy! Cant rate that store enough!

We brought 2 watches, one for a small cosmetic repair, one for a mechanical repair that needed sending away. Chris was absolutely brilliant. He explained the whole process, the internal workings of each watch and how to maintain them going forward. Extremely friendly and welcoming and we'll definitely be back for any future repairs.
