Went in for a new spring bar on my Tag, was treated by Sam who was extremely friendly and did a great job within minutes. Before me there was another gentleman in front and Sam was also patient and kind to him. Would 100% recommend, I’m definitely going back if any of my other watches have issues.
Not open 20 minutes after the opening hours. Telephone contact no one answer. I have never received a confirmation message about my watch repair as I was told
Initially had a battery replaced here on a tag, noticed the time was wrong the following day so went to alter it and the whole face moved around loose. Rang them and saw the lady there the next day, she was extremely helpful, Sent it off for full repair and part replaced at no cost without any hassle. Even was cleaned too. Fully resolved the issue, no fuss.
Sam was super friendly, helpful and efficient, sorted my old Tissot watch within 10 mins. Brilliant service, highly recommended
Sam is a legend, fixed my husband's watch wit a new pin within mins. Excellent customer service. We will be back & recommend
