I went to The Watch Lab to get my Watch repaired and was pleasantly greeted by staff member, Cornelious. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and really helpful. My repair was completed very quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend! Thanks Cornelious :-)
Went in for a new spring bar on my Tag, was treated by Sam who was extremely friendly and did a great job within minutes. Before me there was another gentleman in front and Sam was also patient and kind to him. Would 100% recommend, I’m definitely going back if any of my other watches have issues.

Not open 20 minutes after the opening hours. Telephone contact no one answer. I have never received a confirmation message about my watch repair as I was told
