Great service from Edward. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Came for a battery change for my Tommy Hilfiger watch and was charged £35 which included a water pressure test too! Very happy and would absolutely recommend to others. Thanks Edward!

I need to replace a new pin for my watch strip. The technician in the shop is very professional and polite. It only took 10mins to fix the problem. Highly recommended.
Very good service, polite staff. £50 for a battery replacement and reseal of my Victorinox watch. The job was done within 40 minutes. I initially thought this was a bit on the pricey side but the speed, service quality and 2 year warranty comes with it.
Wanted watch strap replaced. They did it in 5 minutes whilst I waited. Timpsons weren't open on a Sunday. Top job and very polite too! Comes in a nice bag too!
