I have a watch that I love and was missing a decorative stone. I took it to the watch lab in Buchanan Galleries. The young man was so helpful, he replaced the stone in my watch which now looks brand new. I received a very professional and prompt service. I would highly recommend them.
Cannot recommend enough! Will be 100% back for any watch repairs or other watch related jobs. Story: The band on my inexpensive, but highly sentimental watch snapped. Took it to a number of jewellers who were either not interested or unable to repair the watch. One offered to send it away for weeks on the off chance it might be repaired. I love this man. I went for a gander in Glasgow while visiting my daughter. Found this place and chanced could he fix my Gucci watch. It was done in 10 minutes with enthusiasm and smiles all round. Excellent service thank you so much
Popped ( as previous customer , different watch ) in to get a quick price for replacing the pins that have fallen out on my wrist strap lock ( Armani watch) Within 2mins it was replace & without any charge! Now that is customer service….highly recommend them .
I have to give one star as zero isn’t an option. I asked if they could simply sell me a battery, as their battery-change service was far too expensive. The gentleman in the shop actually laughed at me for even asking, implying I wasn’t capable of changing it myself. Incredibly rude and dismissive experience.
