I love this man. I went for a gander in Glasgow while visiting my daughter. Found this place and chanced could he fix my Gucci watch. It was done in 10 minutes with enthusiasm and smiles all round. Excellent service thank you so much
Complete waste of time , sales assistant arrogant and dismissive . Asked for replacement battery for a Michael Kors watch , told it would cost £35 !!! asked if I could have a replacement pin for a second Michael Kors watch to be told Michael Kors watched required ‘ a complete new bracelet ‘ as they didn’t supply links . Walked down to Timpsons on Buchanan st , lovely, helpful man called David told me to leave both watches with him for half an hour . Took my wife's watch in to Galleries watch lab for a battery, was quoted £50!!!said I could buy one for that. H Samuel replaced battery for a tenner done in 20 minutes Beware
Replaced the battery on my Omega in 15 mins- and sorted out a loose screw as well. Top notch service!
