Popped in just before closing time. Checked prices to remove links from a watch that was bought for me, as other places seemed to be charging a bit over the odds. I handed the watch back within minutes and it now fits perfectly. Polite, quick and excellent service. Will certainly come back here if I need any repairs.
Took my watch here on Sunday (Rolex) - quoted £20 to have a quick polish which was done perfectly and quickly by a lovely chap. Based on Sunday’s great experience I went back today (Tuesday) with another Rolex to get the exact same service unfortunately for me the person working today must have been the company’s CEO or at least thats what his behaviour was implicit of - rude & obnoxious- seriously needs brought back down to earth and a few lessons on customer service. I love this man. I went for a gander in Glasgow while visiting my daughter. Found this place and chanced could he fix my Gucci watch. It was done in 10 minutes with enthusiasm and smiles all round. Excellent service thank you so much
Popped ( as previous customer , different watch ) in to get a quick price for replacing the pins that have fallen out on my wrist strap lock ( Armani watch) Within 2mins it was replace & without any charge! Now that is customer service….highly recommend them .
I have a watch that I love and was missing a decorative stone. I took it to the watch lab in Buchanan Galleries. The young man was so helpful, he replaced the stone in my watch which now looks brand new. I received a very professional and prompt service. I would highly recommend them.
