The Watch Lab tried to rip my 20yr daughter off by charging £80 to replace the battery. It's a couple of minutes work with a snap on case back and battery simply pushes in. Battery from Amazon... £2.59. Also told her they are licensed by Georg Jensen but I can't find any evidence of that from Georg Jenson. My daughter sensibly walked away.
Excellent service, have taken my Tag watch here multiple times, the guy there Jam is amazing and knows what he is doing he has great knowledge and a real nice guy. Top service highly recommend!!
Excellent service, turned up just as they was closing. The gentleman stayed behind to remove links from my watch for me. Highly recommend
Excellent service and very quick fitting of a new watch strap within 5 minutes of first contact. Very happy with the result and for a very reasonable price too!
We called in here today and got really good advice and service from the member of staff. He put an extra hole in a watch strap for us and advised on an antique watch belonging to a relative. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks. We will be back.
