I must recommend the gentleman at the Watch Lab on Saturday (1st August). I had a problem with the clasp on my watch, and after explaining very clearly what he could try to do and being honest about what might go wrong, he managed to fix the clasp. It was a very professional job, and I would certainly use the Watch Lab for any work on my watch again.
Business response:
We are pleased to hear about your experience, Wendy. Your kind words about our honest communication and professional clasp repair mean a great deal. We look forward to helping you again.
