Fantastic service! Staff were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Easily the best watch repair/battery replacement I’ve had. Easily changed the battery in my Omega De Ville and resized the bracelet- despite the heavy wear and minor damage. Highly recommend ✅
Lee did the battery replacements on some watches for me, he was helpful and did all in a timely manner. Will definitely be back to sort the rest of my watches!
Took my brand new watch to have the clasp fixed as I'd managed to break it. It was all done in less than 15 minutes. Great service, would definitely recommend
The team at In-Time are fantastic. Go there every time to get my watch battery replaced and a new watch strap. They've kept my old watch going for years now. Very professional and very good value for money - costs me about £37 for a battery and strap, with the battery being about £12 and the strap for the band I need about £25. Highly recommend and will definitely return again when I inevitably need a new battery or strap.
Fine for changing a plastic strap on a Casio, but if your watch is expensive or precious to you in any way don’t bring it here!! I arrived with my Omega seamaster with strap a little tight wanting a link put back in, left with a watch with broken strap, missing parts, and an apology. (Thanks Beaverbrooks for fixing it for me, for free when they heard my story!!)
