Have been needing a small fix on my watch for a while now and after spending most of my day going to jewellers with no luck whatsoever I stumbled across this kiosk in St Enoch. I asked Callum (sorry if I've butchered your name) if he could have a quick look. He was more than happy to look at it and fix my issue. Within minutes he fixed issue furthermore took the watch back because he could hear a small rattle. Customer service and attention to detail 5 star all round. Thank you so much.
I went in today to get my watch links shortened, The man behind the counter( (think his name was Callum) was extremely nice and friendly. Would 100% go back for his service alone. Also only took 2 minutes to do
Came to sort out an issue with the clasp, Callum was very knowledgeable and friendly and immediately knew the issue and how to solve it. Very quickly and professional service, highly recommended.
The best, fastest and most skilled watch repair service ever. Took my Gucci watch with a broken bracelet here and within 15 mins, two brand new pins had been made from scratch and replaced. Utterly amazing service. Take your watch here, it’s excellent!
