This is a great place to live! I’ve been living here for three years and unfortunately I have to move since my stepdaughter came to live with us and also I got pregnant. I am subleasing my 1 bed / 1 bath apartment which is already empty. Admir and Maja are always there to support and help with any kind of problems.

I lived at the Winnie for a year and was very sad to leave. The building is taken care of extremely well and the maintenance crew works fast. I loved the buildings modern features and the rooftop is a plus. When I was first looking at this place, I was in a time crunch and needed a place ASAP. The property manager Maja was a big help and was able to get me into a unit pretty quick and easy. Admir is by far one of the best assistant property managers I have experienced. The Winnie has been excellent from the start. The building is wonderful & very well maintained. I can't thank Admir Tagani enough for all his consideration & assistance. He was truly the highlight of my transition to The Winnie & deserves a bonus for all the trouble my application put him through.

Had a fantastic moving experience, thanks to Admir. Has been 1 month already and am very happy with the quality of the apartment and the management has been great as well. Once again want to give shout out to Admir for providing assistance whenever needed whether with move in or in general. Smit.
