The Winnie has been amazing, and I can't recommend it highly enough! This fantastic area is conveniently located right by the Aragon Ballroom, making it a prime spot for entertainment. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. I moved in with my roommate, who came from abroad, and our experience has been excellent from the beginning. Admir conducted our tour and was extremely professional and welcoming. It was clear that the entire team truly cares about the residents—Dino, the property manager, personally assisted us during the move-in process, which made a great impression.
I toured The Winnie with my leasing agent, Stella Sproat, a couple of weeks back. Stella was prompt in all of her communication and very helpful in getting a last minute tour scheduled for the unit I was interested in, as someone was currently occupying it. She was professional and courteous and sent me all the information to apply right before my tour started so I was able to apply as soon as I made my decision. Enjoy living at The Winnie. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. The location is beautiful and very accessible to all basic needs. Admir has been great throughout the whole process of everything!
This is a great place to live! I’ve been living here for three years and unfortunately I have to move since my stepdaughter came to live with us and also I got pregnant. I am subleasing my 1 bed / 1 bath apartment which is already empty. Admir and Maja are always there to support and help with any kind of problems.
