I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. I moved in with my roommate, who came from abroad, and our experience has been excellent from the beginning. Admir conducted our tour and was extremely professional and welcoming. It was clear that the entire team truly cares about the residents—Dino, the property manager, personally assisted us during the move-in process, which made a great impression.
I toured The Winnie with my leasing agent, Stella Sproat, a couple of weeks back. Stella was prompt in all of her communication and very helpful in getting a last minute tour scheduled for the unit I was interested in, as someone was currently occupying it. She was professional and courteous and sent me all the information to apply right before my tour started so I was able to apply as soon as I made my decision. This is a great place to live! I’ve been living here for three years and unfortunately I have to move since my stepdaughter came to live with us and also I got pregnant. I am subleasing my 1 bed / 1 bath apartment which is already empty. Admir and Maja are always there to support and help with any kind of problems.
I moved into The Winnie in October and I couldn’t be happier! Admir was very helpful and responsive when I decided to move here and I had many questions which he always answered very patiently! I love my apartment and I also find all of the amenities to be taken care of and clean! The lobby and the hallways always smells nice which I appreciate!
Such an amazing location and property! Super tidy and the rooftop is perfect. The aragon theater across the street can’t get any better. Love the uptown deli also! The area is perfect. Have been communicating with Admir and he has been super kind, responsive and respectful. Highly recommend The Winnie and the Flats in general
