The Winnie has been amazing, and I can't recommend it highly enough! This fantastic area is conveniently located right by the Aragon Ballroom, making it a prime spot for entertainment. If you're a fan of live music or events, this is the place to be! In walking distance is Uptown Deli, which is a hidden gem offering everything you could possibly need. Update: I have been living at the Winnie for nearly a month now. Move in was easy, I was able to use the loading dock and elevator no problem. There were a couple small issues that needed to be addressed when I moved in, and all of those were taken care of promptly and the maintenance man, Julian, has been very helpful. The building itself is quiet and well taken care of and people keep to themselves but are friendly and there are a lot of dogs. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. I moved in with my roommate, who came from abroad, and our experience has been excellent from the beginning. Admir conducted our tour and was extremely professional and welcoming. It was clear that the entire team truly cares about the residents—Dino, the property manager, personally assisted us during the move-in process, which made a great impression.
I moved in over a month ago and the transition went very smoothly. Admir has been very helpful during this time as well. He’s been very kind, professional, personable and overall reliable. In a short amount of time, I’ve became comfortable and made this place my home.
Enjoy living at The Winnie. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. The location is beautiful and very accessible to all basic needs. Admir has been great throughout the whole process of everything!
