theQUINCI has been a fantastic community for my family and I. We moved out of downtown looking for more space and better living. We have definitely found that here. The townhomes are beautiful and well designed. Having been here for part of summer, and winter; I can say they are well insulated and energy efficient too. When we first moved into the Quincy, we were ecstatic about the layout of the community and the fact that we had our own two car parking garage with EV charging. However, six months after moving in, we're very unimpressed. Many aspects of the community have still not been finished and those that are done have been met with delay after delay. Now with zero notice we were told that we wouldn't have access to our garages nor parking at the community for over three weeks so they can repair improperly done roadways.
