The staff here is wonderful and helpful and nice. Wendy Ramos is a fantastic therapist who listens and guides wonderfully to better mental health.
therapize me has been a wonderful resource to me these past few months. With every session I’ve felt more calm, confident, and more aware of who I am as a person and what I want to do. My therapist Sam has been a huge help being a quiet, supportive presence who always knows what questions to ask to really get me thinking and help me really understand myself in ways I never have before. Overall a great facility with wonderful staff and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me.
I can't say enough amazing things about Therapize Me. Wendy is unmatched, and Matt is also one of the best! I'd recommend this clinic over and over and over for kids and adults! Shout out to the front desk crew too, always greeting with a smile and so helpful if/when we need to move appointments!
I've been using Alpha-Stim at the office for about a month and can genuinely feel the difference. It's been incredibly helpful to manage my anxiety. Sessions are quick and painless and it also leaves me feeling calm and focused. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe noninvasive way to treat anxiety for sure!
