Shameka is awesome and a literal Godsend! I’d been praying for years to find a therapist I could connect with and trust.. she is that person and so much more! The receptionists are always pleasant and professional, on the phone and in person. Their level of positivity and unwavering kindness is greatly appreciated! I've had a great experience at Therapize Me with Joe over the last few months. My mood and mindset is consistently more positive, I'm enjoying life more, I'm making choices I am proud of, and I'm moving towards my goals with his help and perspectives. I look forward to my weekly sessions and I always leave feeling better! Matt and Meme are always friendly and positive, and scheduling is straight forward and easy. I'd highly recommend coming here!

Starting in-person therapy, after some experience with online therapy, was a tough decision for me until I actually did it and ended up in a great environment at Therapize Me with my therapist (Matt). A friendly office with accommodating staff and owner (Matt) as well as a comfortable and private room for therapy sessions are really, just what I was looking for.
Joe is awesome. He has helped me so much with dealing with a really stressful time in my life. I appreciate Therapize Me very much. And they are reasonable with paying with no insurance. Definitely recommend!
