This is a great office. It is a joy to come to not just because its aesthetically pleasing but also feels private and safe. There are a lot of, what seems to me to be, very qualified women to choose from, depending on needs. On a personal level, I can absolutely vouch for how wonderful my therapist is and how much perspective and growth she has gently guided me through.
I’ve been working with my therapist Hannah off and on for over 2 years. She is fantastic, and everyone I worked with at the beginning while I was looking to get matched with the right therapist were all very helpful and caring. I’d recommend Therapy for Women Center to any of my friends looking to meet with a mental health professional!
I had not been in therapy for almost 10 yr when I found myself having a terrible time with a work transition. I needed professional support. So far, I have had 4 sessions with Beth at the Old City office and it is going so well. Her demeanor is calm and nurturing. She is so perceptive and has an incredible ability to ask follow up questions that unexpectedly challenge me to talk about things I didn't think I would talk about. If you are just discovering this practice and not sure if it is the right place for you. I recommend checking out their podcast! That's how I discovered them and then was so happy to see they have providers that can do telehealth all over the US. I personally worked with Kelly for the past year and a half and although I'm in a place where I can step away from therapy (all thanks to all the hard work we did together). I’ve been in therapy with therapy for women center since January of 2022. I see my therapist every week and it’s always one of my favorite hours of the week. I have been able to learn about myself, challenge and change my bad habits, and grow into who I want to be as I navigate being a young adult. These guys are the best, cannot recommend enough!!
