Ramon was on time. He answered my questions patiently and professionally. He payed great attention to detail, checking electrical and mechanical connections, clearing dust and cobwebs. His communication was top notch. Ramon gave us a thorough inspection and represented Thermal exceptionally well!
Our mini split system needed to have the refrigerant topped off. We had been using a HVAC company from Yakima with great success for years but since I saw Therm Alls new office in Ellensburg I thought I'd give them a try. The technician that arrived was polite and courteous and got the job done but prior to him starting I asked him how much the job would be. He quoted me $660. I gave him the go ahead.
