I called Thermall for service on our 20 year old furnace. We moved to Ellensburg last year and had not used this company previously. I observed the maintenance being performed on the furnace by a capable technician, Victor, who I found to be knowledgeable and very helpful in answering my questions. I was impressed when he suggested an inspection of our attic space, above our garage, for light, for any sign of rodents, etc., and condition of the insulation- at no charge. Technician came out to install the new thermostat and did a great job. Only problem was there was supposed to activation code. Wasn’t in the box. We sent it back and now have another thermostat and hoped we could get the technician back to install it.
Highly recommend ThermAll for their professionalism and expertise. We decided to go with them for replacement of a 24 year-old heat pump.
