Amazingly quick and professional! I was honestly surprised at how quickly they came in and got the work done. They were courteous and mindful of our house and belongings. It’s only been a few days since the install, but so far no issues at all.
I had a heat pump installed by Thermal. This is truly an outstanding company. From the start the estimates included 3 different options with explanations. The office personnel were friendly informative and accommodating. The technicians were very qualified prompt and thorough. Our first experience ThermAll was great. Jose was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what the problem was with our furnace and had me take pictures so my husband could see later. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Highly recommend ThermAll for their professionalism and expertise. We decided to go with them for replacement of a 24 year-old heat pump.
