I called Thermall for service on our 20 year old furnace. We moved to Ellensburg last year and had not used this company previously. I observed the maintenance being performed on the furnace by a capable technician, Victor, who I found to be knowledgeable and very helpful in answering my questions. ThermAll had our new high tech furnace and A/C installed in just one day. Lini and Luis are the efficient, intelligent, proffesional, and friendly team! Stellar in every way! They explained how to operate the new Smart thermostat so well that now I too am a Smart thermostat operator. We bought a Daikin Fit DH7VSA air-source heat pump system. Trevor² were very helpful and well-informed about the systems they offer and why some would perform better / worse than others. Tim & Jim were very professional and friendly (yes, this is entirely possible), and answered all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend ThermAll for their professionalism and expertise. We decided to go with them for replacement of a 24 year-old heat pump. Extremely good service!! I called Wednesday, Mike was out and reviewed what work I needed done I had the estimate that afternoon. Thermal was out the next day and did the job. Mike was very knowledgeable about the work to be done and explained everything to me. He was a great person, kind and friendly and I felt very good about him being in my home. Angie, in the office, was another top notch employee and very efficient and friendly. Having people like these two will keep me a customer at thermal and heating.
