Top notch service in every department. Absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Our project was increasing upstairs duct vent flow thru retro fitted ductwork in an old farm house. I called Thermall for service on our 20 year old furnace. We moved to Ellensburg last year and had not used this company previously. I observed the maintenance being performed on the furnace by a capable technician, Victor, who I found to be knowledgeable and very helpful in answering my questions. Office called to tell me Service Tech was on her way. Service tech showed up within 15 minutes. Danelle did a very thorough cleaning & maintenance and showed/told me everything that was going on. Even checked out the crawl space and said everything was okay. Discussed options to replace a 20+ year old system and scheduled an appointment to see what my options are.
Outstanding technician! Patient with our questions, took pictures to show us, explained further needs, organized and thorough. ThermAll offered coupon so price was more than reasonable. Overall, great experience.
Technician came out to install the new thermostat and did a great job. Only problem was there was supposed to activation code. Wasn’t in the box. We sent it back and now have another thermostat and hoped we could get the technician back to install it.
