I had a heat pump installed by Thermal. This is truly an outstanding company. From the start the estimates included 3 different options with explanations. The office personnel were friendly informative and accommodating. The technicians were very qualified prompt and thorough. Our first experience ThermAll was great. Jose was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what the problem was with our furnace and had me take pictures so my husband could see later. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We were very pleased with the diagnosis and subsequent repair of the motor in our Carrier furnace. Jose did an incredible job and was excellent at explaining the problem and it's fix. I very highly recommend him. Thanks for a job well done.
Very satisfied! Marin and Erik arrived on time and completed the job very quickly without any problems. It's good they have their own in-house electrical crew.
