I absolutely loved living at The Vue! The front desk staff was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The apartments were quiet, and I always felt safe and comfortable. The pool was rarely crowded, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, it was an amazing place to live, and I would highly recommend it!
My daughter lived here for two years with her 3 roommates in a 4 bedroom apartment. I always felt like my daughter was safe, which was the most important thing to me! Plus, the living accommodations are excellent! I love love love Susan as well! Thank you so much!
My experience at The Vue so far has been amazing, Susan is as close to an angel as it can get, a lot of these comments are negative but please ignore them, Susan is great, she has worked with me many times as far as my rent when I was struggling or when I needed extra time to get the money, the amenities are great, the only issue is the internet which is an ongoing issue but they are quick to fix the issue so it’s not a long term problem. Literally avoid this place at all costs. Management is awful, not to mention constant internet issues and outages. They will charge you hundreds in fees for non-applicable things. Management also does not prefer to communicate with its residents via email (like a normal apartment complex). Instead, they use a GroupMe with all residents. Just weird and unprofessional. Also, if you have a service animal (especially a dog) DO NOT live here. Management is not accommodating despite having proper paperwork and registration.
Notice how all of the 5 star reviews are from 6+ years ago. TheVue has far worse issues than just the consistently down internet you read in other reviews. I so badly wish I had looked for more in depth reviews before I had moved in. The charged rent is not only absurdly high for the low quality of the apartment itself. You also have to pay all utilities except water and they will add charges to your account for whatever they feel like.
