Literally avoid this place at all costs. Management is awful, not to mention constant internet issues and outages. They will charge you hundreds in fees for non-applicable things. Management also does not prefer to communicate with its residents via email (like a normal apartment complex). Instead, they use a GroupMe with all residents. Just weird and unprofessional. Also, if you have a service animal (especially a dog) DO NOT live here. Management is not accommodating despite having proper paperwork and registration.

My experience at The Vue so far has been amazing, Susan is as close to an angel as it can get, a lot of these comments are negative but please ignore them, Susan is great, she has worked with me many times as far as my rent when I was struggling or when I needed extra time to get the money, the amenities are great, the only issue is the internet which is an ongoing issue but they are quick to fix the issue so it’s not a long term problem. Notice how all of the 5 star reviews are from 6+ years ago. TheVue has far worse issues than just the consistently down internet you read in other reviews. I so badly wish I had looked for more in depth reviews before I had moved in. The charged rent is not only absurdly high for the low quality of the apartment itself. You also have to pay all utilities except water and they will add charges to your account for whatever they feel like. This apartment complex is unlivable, my bestfriend has lived there for about 2 years and every single time I’ve been over the doors to enter and exit have been broken the elevator has been broken for so long. The wifi never works, they pay for utilities but take 2-3 weeks to fix the ac problems. None of the amenities have ever worked consistently. I have lived here since late 2018/2019. The managers here have been gracious to me throughout my time living here. The amenities are excellent. The current management has done a lot of work to improve the standard of living in the complex and they continue to make improvements. This is an excellent complex for upperclassmen, law students and graduate students that want modern living experience adjacent to campus.
