Happy to have chosen TheYard to live in, we really like the space, amenities, and vibe. Angel and Cait are the best! And our cat LOVES it even more.
I’ve absolutely love living here. The townhome yard is such a rare find in Salt Lake City. It’s well kept, spacious, and perfect for relaxing, gardening, or just enjoying some fresh air. It really makes the place feel like a home rather than just another apartment. The location is super convenient, especially being close to shops, dining, and public transit. We moved in to our townhouse in September and have absolutely loved it! The year around heated pool is amazing! We use it multiple times a week, the gym is very nicely stocked and doesn’t feel too cramped or outdated. You can hear the trains but it’s never bothered us, if anything we oddly like it 🤷🏼♀️ We rented the clubhouse for my daughter’s bday, it was the perfect space for her party. We recently moved from Houston to Salt Lake City and found our new home at theYARD — we couldn’t be happier! The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Angel, who was absolutely amazing to work with. He was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect unit and have everything ready when we arrived. The townhomes are beautiful, modern, and have great amenities.
