I’ve absolutely love living here. The townhome yard is such a rare find in Salt Lake City. It’s well kept, spacious, and perfect for relaxing, gardening, or just enjoying some fresh air. It really makes the place feel like a home rather than just another apartment. The location is super convenient, especially being close to shops, dining, and public transit. Toured here and was shocked at the townhome sizes! The gym is amazing and has all of the equipment that i need. I am hoping to move here within the next year.
We moved in to our townhouse in September and have absolutely loved it! The year around heated pool is amazing! We use it multiple times a week, the gym is very nicely stocked and doesn’t feel too cramped or outdated. You can hear the trains but it’s never bothered us, if anything we oddly like it 🤷🏼♀️ We rented the clubhouse for my daughter’s bday, it was the perfect space for her party. Just moved in!! Love the amenities, the service and my new home! Everyone on the staff has been super helpful and attentive so far. Can be a bit noisy with the train if you’re not into that but I love seeing it pass by!
