Amanda guided us expertly & gently through the planning of our mother's funeral and we felt that mum was being well looked after from the moment Amanda took over; her manner was incredibly professional and thoughtful at all times. And on the day of the funeral itself, when Anthony was in charge of proceedings, he provided an extremely calm and kind presence too.
