Supportive, clear, communicated well and helpful. However the tone of this review is not appropriate. However good the service, burying my Mum and Aunt was not a 'Great' exclamation mark experience in my life.
Everyone we dealt with at Thomas Davis was excellent, particularly Steven Alderwick and Dee Greene. Everyone treated Mum and the family with kindness, dignity and respect. I have nothing but praise for how it was all handled.
We were really impressed by your warm welcoming and helpful staff. The whole process from collecting our brother to arranging his funeral felt easy and sensitively facilitated from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone else needing a funeral director.
