Technical ,but not very personable. I don’t expect warmness or friendliness when dealing with healthcare providers ,but it felt especially awkward at times.
Dr. Phan is great I really enjoy our sessions. I do have some constructive criticism for the Lifestance website/portal. I always have some sort of issue when trying to log into my telehealth appointments. The reminders you send are convenient but the link is never quite right. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out how to navigate but it is a little annoying that the links you send don’t ever direct me to my personal portal session. I always have a pleasant visit with my provider, Dr. Phan. He’s been really helpful, accessible and responsive.
Excellent! I highly recommend Thomas Phan. Not eager to slap a diagnosis on and super thorough which is useful for someone like me who doesn't fit in to a mental health or learning disability diagnosis easily.
