*This review is for LifeStance not the doctor* Zero stars for Lifestance. Honestly the worst company to deal with. For a mental health provider, this company really makes my mental health worse. Impossible to talk to real person. Complicated check in process. They over charged me by hundreds of dollars and then didn’t notify me about it. Technical,but not very personable. I’m not someone who expects warmth or friendliness when dealing with healthcare providers,but it felt especially awkward and sterile at times.
Their cancellation/no show fee of $150 can't be justified by any means
Dr. Phan is great I really enjoy our sessions. I do have some constructive criticism for the Lifestance website/portal. I always have some sort of issue when trying to log into my telehealth appointments. The reminders you send are convenient but the link is never quite right. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out how to navigate but it is a little annoying that the links you send don’t ever direct me to my personal portal session.
