*This review is for LifeStance not the doctor* Zero stars for Lifestance. Honestly the worst company to deal with. For a mental health provider, this company really makes my mental health worse. Impossible to talk to real person. Complicated check in process. They over charged me by hundreds of dollars and then didn’t notify me about it. If you don’t mind being over charged for someone more concerned about the clock than your issues then book with him. Phan charged me $665 for 47-52 minutes?! Unjustified rip off. Lifestance company won’t tell you anything about charges upfront. They’re also a little unorganized in general. I used Lifestance last year and the doctor who I saw quit but he never charged an outrageous amount like Phan charged me in March 2026. You’re better off with a different facility that offers better quality services.
I had the most amazing experience with life stance, dr phan was so kind and helpful right off the bat. The sign up process was also incredibly easy and convenient!
My psychiatrist makes me feel validated and heard. I couldn’t be more happy with how well he takes care of any of my concerns.
Dr. Phan is great I really enjoy our sessions. I do have some constructive criticism for the Lifestance website/portal. I always have some sort of issue when trying to log into my telehealth appointments. The reminders you send are convenient but the link is never quite right. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out how to navigate but it is a little annoying that the links you send don’t ever direct me to my personal portal session.
