I strongly do not reccomemd this place at all!! This place has a very bad mouse problem! Most of my mother's belongings were destroyed because of mouse urine and feces! They did not disclose the mice problem to anyone, so we can't get anything replaced by insurance. If they were honest about the mouse issue, it could've been included in renters insurance policy. They were flat out not honest about the issue they have with mice! Please inspect this place thoroughly before putting your belongings in this place!!!
The storage facility here is "brand new". It's secured with eight foot tall perimeter fencing. As well as a secured mechanical gate controlled by a PIN pad. There is very easy access to my rented space. I can easily get in and out, while pulling a large enclosed trailler. The customer service is excellent. Tina is the manager, and I can't say enough about how professional and helpful she was while I was setting up my storage area. I would highly recommend this company and their storage facility.
Terrific staff person to assist and oversee our rental units. No problems at all. I definately recommend this business if you have a need to store something. It was clean and safe and well lite. They even had a trolly and broom for us to borrow when we moved our stuff in and when we moved it out!
Great place to do business with! I know it’s just an empty box for you to put your whatever, but service matters to me still. Friendly staff who stays on top of things and a fair price. If I ever need storage again in the future this will be my first choice.
Reasonable rates. It's easy to get in and out quickly.
