Running into issues changing pharmacies. I updated my insurance and had a new pharmacy but after connecting via email and two phone calls I'm still unfortunately having my medication sent to the wrong place that I need to pay out of pocket. I hope after this months payment out of pocket they will update and send my script to the correct pharmacy accepting my insurance. They are nice over the phone just hurting me financially by not making things right.
Doctor Agustsson is very helpful with finding the right medicines that work for me. He also takes time to talk about any issues that are current in my life. He has this genuine care about me as his patient. I really am grateful to have him.
Dr. Agustsson is an incredible person. I’ve never seen a psychiatrist before, yet he was incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to. Not only was he a very personable person to speak with, but he completely understood my issues and helped me solve them as quickly as possible. It’s only been a few days since I’ve gone, but he put me on meds that have completely changed my life, and that’s not an exaggeration! Great experience all around.
Dr. Agustsson was wonderful! Very professional and very thorough with his intake evaluation. You could tell you had his full attention and helped make you feel like you were in a safe place to talk without judgment. I would recommend him 100%.
Dr. Thor Agustsson has been an amazing help to me. During appointments he listens and responds appropriately to my concerns. If a medication is not working, he doesn’t brushed it off, he asks questions and provides information or adjusts the medication as needed. A provider that listens and actively works with you to find a treatment that works for you is rare. It takes time to find something that works and Dr. Agustsson did not give up and passively prescribe medication that wasn’t working.
