I have never been so comfortable and feeling more confident in getting better after suffering for over a year . Dr. Laki Rousseau was so polite and caring. He took as much time as I needed to explain what was happening and answered every question I had. He put hope back into me that he would find out what was going on and after test he would proceed until I was better. Trinity has the best drs. . I will continue to be a trinity patient Thank You Trinity Health.
I was welcomed with smiles and happiness, which I think brings a lot of ease when you’re going through something like this, everyone was very nice , very considerate. The doctor was amazingly awesome. He got straight to the point told me what they look for. Dr. Laki Rousou saved my life twice, I had lung cancer three times the first time Dr. Sherman took it out so I was cut three times but I’m telling you Doctor Rousou used the da Vinci the last time and it was wonderful. I can’t thank him enough. He truly is a wonderful Doctor. I just Had an appointment yesterday and I met Melanie Wilkinson well she’s the sweetest person and she takes her time with you. My husband and I went to see Dr. Laki Rousou because a suspicious spot on my husband’s lung needed to be dealt with. Dr. Rousou gave us a thorough explanation of his options and my husband chose surgery. We are so happy he did! It was cancer and it was removed and 5 years later, he is still cancer free!
It was my first time there and everybody was nice and funny. The doctor was very pleasant and explained everything specifically to me. Everybody made it very comfortable to be there.
