I cannot express enough how enjoyable my experience at this car wash was! The staff was friendly, my car looks great and pricing was very fair. I especially enjoyed the customer service from one young man named Kiefer. He was polite, timely, and seemed to really enjoy his position there. Thank you Thoroughbred for the wonderful experience!
This car wash was hands down the best I have been to in a long time! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I’m from out of town and when I went there I was told there were towels and sprays that could be used to clean the inside of the car or hand dry and the vacuums with the air tool option was top notch. We will be back
I had a fantastic experience at Thoroughbred Car Wash. Several of my students (JD) happened to be working and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle looked great. They were friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The wash itself was excellent—thorough, fast, and left my car looking spotless. It was a great place until my car was pushed into the truck in front of me leaving a dent in my bumper. After they took a look at their cameras they said it was the other vehicles fault so now im dealing with insurance companies and though bred never gave any type of assurances that they would change how they loaded cars bumper to bumper or any type of free services since it happend inside their AUTOMATED tunnel
