First time visit. Though it was automated, they came out and greeted me and made sure I knew how to use the machine. There was something on my car that did not come off on the first wash. I didn’t notice it until about an hour later. I went back and asked for their advice on how to get it off as it did not easily wipe off. They immediately told me they would re-clean it for free. They pre-treated it with something and all of the stain came off. My car looks great! service here is fabulous. I will be back.
I'm super unimpressed. This used to be Eastside express wash and under prior ownership it was awesome! Now it costs twice as much and the outcomes isn't half as good. You might as well wash your own wheels before you come because this place doesn't get them clean. The old ownership would brush and spray your entire down before you went through. Now they'll spray around a little bit and that's it. Better hope there's no snow on top of the car in front of you, they won't spray it off but when that car goes through the dryer... read more
Why do you not use the open sign? So many times I drive pass and don't turn in because the open sign is not on. Then I see cars coming out. The wash itself is mediocre but it gets the job done without having too waste too much of my time. Not sure if it's worth the price though when I keep driving by without turning in, because they are not "open".
I came on a whim today with my F-150 that was filthy dirty and I didn't realize that there were a ton of leaves in the bed of my truck. In a young man stopped me and clean the leaves out of my bed of my truck for me I that was the second act of kindness I had the today he also picked up a very heavy cooler that I forgot about and put it inside my truck I had a great wash my truck was filthy and great experience the staff was amazing I definitely will come back great customer service guys thank you
Thoroughbred had my business, immediately. Great customer service. Great vacuums, for free might I add. Great car wash equipment, I get a fantastic wash, EVERY TIME. The cart with micro fiber towels, air freshener, and spray bottles just put your establishment above all the rest in Shelbyville. By far! Thanks guys, you all deserve raises for freezing your butts off with a hose in hand and smiles on your faces!
