Why do you not use the open sign? So many times I drive pass and don't turn in because the open sign is not on. Then I see cars coming out. The wash itself is mediocre but it gets the job done without having too waste too much of my time. Not sure if it's worth the price though when I keep driving by without turning in, because they are not "open".
Been using the wash since they re-opened. Pretty happy with the wash overall. Today the wash broke off my plastic tailgate cap. They told me there was no reason to do report because they wouldn’t cover it. Not sure how that is my fault as it wasn’t broken before the wash. I’ll be cancelling my multiple vehicle membership.
Excellent. Blake came out to the vacuums after my wash and asked me and everything was good I said yeah and he noticed some mud on the wheel well and told me to bring it back around and he got it good very professional.
Thoroughbred had my business, immediately. Great customer service. Great vacuums, for free might I add. Great car wash equipment, I get a fantastic wash, EVERY TIME. The cart with micro fiber towels, air freshener, and spray bottles just put your establishment above all the rest in Shelbyville. By far! Thanks guys, you all deserve raises for freezing your butts off with a hose in hand and smiles on your faces!
The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is they need to add more drying blowers as you end with a lot of water left on your vehicle. I love the free use of micro fiber towels and window cleaner plus vacuum cleaners with air blow guns to get water out of seams and wheels. I would highly recommend taking your car there to have it washed!!!
