Thoroughbred had my business, immediately. Great customer service. Great vacuums, for free might I add. Great car wash equipment, I get a fantastic wash, EVERY TIME. The cart with micro fiber towels, air freshener, and spray bottles just put your establishment above all the rest in Shelbyville. By far! Thanks guys, you all deserve raises for freezing your butts off with a hose in hand and smiles on your faces!
I bought a package deal when you 1st opened in Shelbyville. Iv been very pleased. Until my last 3 visit. The guys didn't scrub off bumpers tires or windows. My visit last week 2 guys started to spray windows off . Looked @ their watches . Put brushes down & left.@ 6pm. And there was a pick up.behind me. They just left him sitting out there. No one seemed to replace them. When my car was under the.dryer section I saw the guys leave in they're car. I'm seriously thinking of canceling my membership.
I purchased the 10$ car wash package deal they are tuning for 30 days, and this was the first time I had even been through the wash, the wash did an excellent job, all except for the dryers. I didn’t even know they offered the free vacuum’s, the free window cleaner, and the free floor mat cleaner until after I had been there a couple of times. I normally don’t post in less it was really bad service. I took my SUV there to test it out a few times before buying a membership. Well I notice right away the dryer wasn’t working properly. Once I got home I noticed my side mirrors was still had dirty on them and hood & windshield was was still dirty.
I didn’t realize they raised their prices but I just went with it because it desperately needed a wash. Then when I stopped at Walmart I took a look at the back as I walked by and it didn’t even get it clean! At least the old one always did a good job at a fair price. That place will not be the place I go to from now on. Crap job.
