I have spoke to someone two different times about the tire shine not working on all four wheels and I have got a very poor excuse and it’s been well over a year since I spoke to someone the first time and I spoke again today and this excuse is so lame It’s unacceptable. I was told it was not completely broke so they won’t fix it well to me it is completely broke If it does not work on all four wheels.
I actually used to go to the car wash on fifth Avenue across from Kroger‘s in Huntington and since it got a new owner or management it went downhill bad so I came over to five star and I should’ve started here from the beginning. It seems it has been quite awhile without the vacuum systems in place. How much longer, as I feel we the customer should receive a discounted monthly charge at least until the new vacuum systems is in place and available. I went today and towels,Windex and vacuums were not available. I guess they had poured concrete and totally blocked off the lot. It seems they could have rerouted the lot to allow access. Super nice employees and everyone is so helpful and they provide everything you need to super clean your vehicle with no extra charge. I love going there. 😍😍👍
Good place to get your car washed. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, being it was our first time using them. Very fast and the car had a nice shine on it when finished.
