Throughly disappointed in this business. I was driving my BMW SUV through the wash, when something ripped off my gas cover. The cover was not opened, it stays locked when the car is locked—which it was. When we brought it to the attention of the owners, they denied any wrongdoing. Claimed they “could see on the cameras that the gas door was wore out.” The car is a 2020 with 40k miles on it. The Thoroughbred car wash is an excellent car wash. It’s the only car wash in Indiana that I can get my truck into with my camper shell on. Crew car wash refused to wash my truck because of the brush guard. Thoroughbred can retract areas of the wash to keep their brushes from tangling in my brush guard. Thoroughbred is the best car wash in Bedford. Their shift manager Caden was so attentive and so helpful, he deserves a raise! All their staff is so kind and amazing.
I take my hellcat challenger through the car wash every day. I am very happy how my car comes out clean everytime. The customer service is amazing. When ever I had a question before I became a member. They answered any question I had. 5 stars Thoroughbred express. Keep up the good work.
