Friendly and accommodating, these folks always do a great job cleaning our families fleet! The free cleaning supplies and vacuum stations are a bonus!
I used this wash for quite awhile until I discovered a big scratch down the side of my truck that is clearly caused by the rollers when being pulled through the wash. I cannot dispute it due to legal postings on the property. This isn't the first incident I've had at this wash either. Most of the time the vaccums are good, but all the wand attachments are broke or will not stay on. BE MINDFUL OF THE RISK.
The Thoroughbred car wash is an excellent car wash. It’s the only car wash in Indiana that I can get my truck into with my camper shell on. Crew car wash refused to wash my truck because of the brush guard. Thoroughbred can retract areas of the wash to keep their brushes from tangling in my brush guard. The car wash itself is convenient but it will leave scratches/remove the paint. I had heard this from someone else but unfortunately had to learn it the hard way when it took off the paint on 3 spots on my 2024 Ford Bronco Sport. After filing a report the lady called and said their cameras show the scratches were previously on the car. Love this car wash! My kid loves coming here. Definitely has all the bells and whistles. The guys are great and super friendly.
