Very good customer service with their attention to detail. I especially appreciate how Sean, Jared, and Chad know to fold in my side mirrors as the back panel would get blown off before the remodel. The monthly membership is awesome. Best car wash in Charleston!

We've been monthly members for a few years now and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, and the automatic wash does an excellent job every time. Our cars always come out clean and shiny, and the membership has been well worth it. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had a membership here for I don’t even know how long but Jared is one of the best and most friendly employees. I’ve met along the way. I love this service. Please don’t ever end it. I use both Charleston locations and they’re both great.

This is a honest review Chad & Jared really took their time by making sure I had a great experience. They made sure to offer me car fragrances on top of cleaning my rims & tires. My car looks brand new & I highly recommend going to the downtown thoroughbred location they will take good care of you I appreciate there services today.

Katelyn was very friendly and seemed very ATD oriented. Chad (the manager I guess) signed me up and I saw a Facebook post about him and this car wash. He signed me up for the monthly membership. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Thank you to both.
