I did make a report. Also posted this and my pictures of my car to Facebook. Should see the comments of everyone saying the same thing happened to them and you would refuse to let them see the camera and refuse to fix it. The sad thing is people told me no to go to your car wash. I didnt listen. I visited the thoroughbred express car wash in Maysville Kentucky because somebody oversprayed my car with paint. Immediately upon arrival, I met the manager, Nathan Waters. He was so impressive, I thought he owned the place. He was Extremely motivated to help me with my problem. What an outstanding facility and outstanding management. I am very happy. I went there.

Best car wash around. Love how they scrub down my truck before going thru car wash. Everyone is great and helpful.

Excellent service. We just moved to this area and this is the best commercial carwash I've seen in a long time. They got all the sap and bird poo off completely and the wax product really got the water to bead up. Highly recommend.
