Hank and the crew always do the best job getting all the bugs off the hood of my brand new white expedition max! Service is top notch! Employees are always very helpful and take the extra steps if my car needs extra attention! We are members of their program and use the service several times a week to keep our vehicle looking sharp! I haven’t had a bad experience at Thoroughbred Express. The service is great and the employees are very helpful. All the items provided are good and the vacuums are awesome. I would definitely recommend being a member. I am and I use it a lot.
I had a great experience at Thoroughbred Car Wash and highly recommend them. The facility was clean, the service was quick, and my car came out looking spotless. Their membership is a great value if you wash your car often, and the vacuum stations are very convenient and easy to use. Got the secretariat. I used cash it wouldn't take my money. Attendee took my money into room and sent me on in. I thought I was gonna get tire shine not sure any water even touched my tires. Will not be back.
Had a really good experience at the car wash and wanted to give a shoutout to Brandy. She was super friendly and helpful from the moment I pulled in. You can tell she actually cares about doing a good job and making sure customers are taken care of. She helped me pick the right wash and made sure everything was set before I went through.
