Great service and very good prices for the products they have. When you get a membership there they have free vacuums and if you the VIP you can get free car scents.
Decent job except I wish someone would have the employees with the brushes, brush the rocker panels on the vehicles. Nothing touches the rocker panels on the wash.
I loved it here my car is clean clean!!! The guy Dustin sold me on the membership! I’ll definitely be coming here to continue to clean my car! Skidmark needed a good bath!
This was our first time actually coming to thoroughbred express, Andre helped us immediately and gave us a detailed run down about membership and benefits. He was a great help and sold us for sure. Membership is where it’s at!
I did make a report. Also posted this and my pictures of my car to Facebook. Should see the comments of everyone saying the same thing happened to them and you would refuse to let them see the camera and refuse to fix it. The sad thing is people told me no to go to your car wash. I didnt listen.
