Drove by to wash my vehicle. I have a membership and I live about 40 minutes away. It is 5:37 PM temperature 48° and they are closed. They are supposed to close at 7 PM. Will probably be canceling my membership. Then when I tried to call their number, it’s all automated and no options to speak with anyone. It’s crazy how out of touch these big businesses have gotten and yet they are successful.
I did make a report. Also posted this and my pictures of my car to Facebook. Should see the comments of everyone saying the same thing happened to them and you would refuse to let them see the camera and refuse to fix it. The sad thing is people told me no to go to your car wash. I didnt listen. My lawyer also told me alot of people are complaining about this company not fixing or showing the video I have new twenty twenty five toyota camry just bought two days ago.I took it through the car wash yesterday.And I get home and... read more
Nice people. Like the extras included. Vacuums work great and having the pressure blower to blow out around and under your seats before you vacuum is great.👍
This was our first time actually coming to thoroughbred express, Andre helped us immediately and gave us a detailed run down about membership and benefits. He was a great help and sold us for sure. Membership is where it’s at!
I loved it here my car is clean clean!!! The guy Dustin sold me on the membership! I’ll definitely be coming here to continue to clean my car! Skidmark needed a good bath!
