I had the most helpful young man assist me (Ian). The plate reader wouldn't read my plate. Ian came over and helped me get through so I didn't hold up people behind me. He was polite, friendly and professional. Such a nice young man and patient. Keep up the good work Ian. I will be back because of the quality of your employees like Ian. You usually don't see young people that dedicated to customer service.
Super friendly and helpful staff! Only docked one star because the wash isn't quite as good as others I've used and the price is higher, plus so many of the vacuums are clogged and not working, and none of the air nozzles would work. Kind of disappointing after paying $25. But it was still way better than a gas station wash.
I recently signed up to have an account with Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash the process was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful with information and assistance enrolling me within minutes. I've washed my car three times since enrolling. The ease of the washing process is reassuring. Personal touches and concerns of staff about my car cleaning needs was a step above. This is my favorite car wash. I wont go anywhere else. The monthly plans are affordable the staff is friendly. The parking lot is always clean. Scott always asks customers if they need anything or want air fresheners. I will continue to come here!
Super kind staff-helpful at the kiosk to help me know what I needed to purchase. Flyer was given to me as I waited. Unlimited car washes each month for $10! Super powerful jets and scrubs! Convenient to interstate and eateries! Gas close by and such!
