I had the most helpful young man assist me (Ian). The plate reader wouldn't read my plate. Ian came over and helped me get through so I didn't hold up people behind me. He was polite, friendly and professional. Such a nice young man and patient. Keep up the good work Ian. I will be back because of the quality of your employees like Ian. You usually don't see young people that dedicated to customer service.
I recently signed up to have an account with Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash the process was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful with information and assistance enrolling me within minutes. I've washed my car three times since enrolling. The ease of the washing process is reassuring. Personal touches and concerns of staff about my car cleaning needs was a step above. Great car wash!! Especially liked that Joey explained to me the various plans especially the monthly option!! Nice, clean and friendly service! Kudos to Joey for his friendly , genuine attitude!! I will return again and again when I’m in the area!!
First, staff is great. Always prompt and friendly. We have a membership so obviously we take advantage of the washes. My only complaints would be that there are several times when some of the equipment in the was isn't operable. Just like today, overhead brush isn't working and hasn't been working for several weeks. Love this car wash!!! It’s my go to when I need my car washed. I especially appreciate Ian at that location, always helpful!! But everyone does great there!
