Thoroughbred Express does a very good job keeping my truck nice & shiny. The vacuums work great. The only fault I have with them is their winter hours prohibit me from taking advantage of the unlimited wash package that I have during summer months. I live out of town, and work 12-hour shifts, so when I get off at 7 pm, they’ve already closed during autumn & winter. During summer isn’t an issue for me. I currently have 2 cars on a plan, and drove a 3rd there to add it to the plan, and get a wash. I was told i could not add a 3rd vehicle, and that id just have to pay full price. I paid full price and washed it anyways, however- The air hoses were all broken and there were barely any towels in the cart, and no glass cleaner. I also think the towels were washed with fabric softener or something because they wouldnt actually dry the car - just pushed the water around like they were hydrophobic!! Just tried this car wash out for the first time yesterday & my car was scratched. I know 100% this wasn’t there beforehand, not a good impression and not pleased with the damage done.
TE is a fantastic car was place for both Danville & Lawrenceburg. No complaints on the exterior car being thoroughly clean. They have vacuums available however hope they will incorporate interior cleaning at different levels as they do washing the outside. Have it where when the car is finished pull in to the vacuum area & just like the membership where you decide which one -create within that same membership account Interior choices and price levels. Have been double charged for months, had to dispute with my credit card company. Also, my Lincoln Aviator was damaged by the car wash & the young man working said wasn’t nothing they can do. They have signs posted, not liable for vehicles over 5 years old. The Lincoln is only 4 years old. Not pleased at all with this car wash!
