My vehicle was damaged as it went through the car wash. We found the broken piece inside the car wash where I heard the breaking sound. I filed a incident report and they denied it. I literally went into the wash with two employees and found the broken piece. Buyer beware. This company does not stand behind their product. You are taking a chance every time you drive your vehicle through their wash.
This place is awesome I recommend it to anyone. The prices are real Fair. And the neatest thing they got this machine you can run your floor mats through and it washes them for you. I want to give a big shout out to my dude Richard for doing a A1 job all the time. Great car wash very friendly service Sandra was very professional and helpful setting up our new account
2nd trip!!! Still not thoroughly impressed. Had employees on both sides of my vehicle pre scrubbing and still had bird droppings and bugs after going through. Did manage to wash the pollen of though.
I took my car through the car wash and their machine broke my valve stem on my tire causing a flat tire and the only thing they were willing to do was type up an accident report and I was stuck at the car wash for 45 mins waiting for someone with a jack for me to put a spare on it. They wouldn't help at all. I will not ever take my car through that car wash again.
