The wash was amazing! I got the triple crown package & it made my car shine! Brandi came out to assist me & was very helpful! I definitely recommend this car wash!
Went for the radio remote and ended up giving them a try. It was a good choice, this business has put service back in customer service. It was an exciting and advanced twist on the attendant style car wash. The staff is very helpful and the facilities more than adequate. They also offer gift cards in addition to the membership options!
I use the Grayson KY location and the staff there are always friendly and helpful. I am a monthly member and use this car wash regularly. I have never had any issues, my car comes out beautiful every time, the vacuums are incredibly great, the car may washer is awesome!! Just all around a great car wash!
I love the convenience of using Thoroughbred ! I have never waited any longer than a few minutes to enter the wash area. The vacuums are great and makes that task quick to get it done as well as picks up everything. Employees are ready to help you with any questions or supplies. Highly recommend!!!
Been going to this car wash since it opened. A week ago I noticed 2 scratches on my truck down to the metal so I talked to the manager about it. He was really nice took pics explained the process to me. Then today I get a email saying the damage was there already there’s no scratch’s in the pics sent to me. Wasn’t looking for my truck to get painted or a free wash.
