Had a little trouble understanding and setting up my package but with the help of Will I got it done and had a great car wash I will be back!
Only giving a 2 cause employees was nice but spent $30 for a wash and came out and big spots that wasn't even touched also idk why they have the people in the beginning of the wash they dip there brush and make 2 swipes and that's it I will not be going back.
Update!! Yeah so the new mgr., Emily is here now and Idk if it was on her but the sweepers are upgraded and top notch! Thanks ma’am for ALL that you do! You are friendly and just amazing!! You and Thoroughbred get a 10+ I’m a residual member and the service today was top notch! Deashaun on the front end all smiles but busting butt!! The whole crew today is top notch! I FEEL GOOD WHEN MY CAR IS CLEAN!!
The black guy with dreads was cool, very helpful and informative, definitely knew what he was doing, deserves a raise 👍🏽
