Update!! Yeah so the new mgr., Emily is here now and Idk if it was on her but the sweepers are upgraded and top notch! Thanks ma’am for ALL that you do! You are friendly and just amazing!! Been trying to cancel my membership for months. website doesn’t work to cancel, vacuums don’t work at the south point location, and they keep up charging their memberships. It’s a money pit, save your money and go elsewhere
Vacuums are pure trash. I tried 4 different ones & none sucked up anything. When you’re spending $25 you expect to be able to vacuum too. One & done for me. I’ll stick to University Wash.
After paying for a $25 car wash. About 6:10 I wasn’t able to vacuum my vehicle out. Plus I tipped. When the gentleman beside me asked the employees could we finish vacuum out our cars he said sorry bud. We close everything down at 7. Great customer service would have told us that when going through.
My car was scratched really bad, and it wasn’t clean. Wasted 15.00. I had to move 3 times to find a vacuum that really worked.
