Update!! Yeah so the new mgr., Emily is here now and Idk if it was on her but the sweepers are upgraded and top notch! Thanks ma’am for ALL that you do! You are friendly and just amazing!! You and Thoroughbred get a 10+ I’m a residual member and the service today was top notch! Deashaun on the front end all smiles but busting butt!! The whole crew today is top notch! Been trying to cancel my membership for months. website doesn’t work to cancel, vacuums don’t work at the south point location, and they keep up charging their memberships. It’s a money pit, save your money and go elsewhere
After paying for a $25 car wash. About 6:10 I wasn’t able to vacuum my vehicle out. Plus I tipped. When the gentleman beside me asked the employees could we finish vacuum out our cars he said sorry bud. We close everything down at 7. Great customer service would have told us that when going through.
Paid for month unlimited. Cae wash I use closest to my house was closed for nearly a week out of the month. I drive for Uber so regardless rain or shine car has to be clean. The windshield never was clean even after the whole month and always brush steaks on back of car. I ended up not cancelling soon enough and paid 25.00 for the next month which looks like if I'd cancelled n re-enrolled it would have been 10.00. Sadly my window trim became INCREDIBLY discolored after going through this car wash. While some is normal on cars, mine did not look like this until after I came out of this wash. I’ve been through tons of washes at other places and never had this issue until one wash with this company. My car is only 4 years old. They don’t cover trim and claim that because I had some discoloration before going through that they didn’t cause this. But I assure you their wash did. 🤷🏼♀️
