The service here was wonderful. The staff member, Erica, was so polite and efficient. The perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. And my car looked better than it had since I bought it. I would recommend this car wash to anyone. I personally will never use another one!
The tall guy Josh was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made signing up for my monthly membership quick and easy, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process a great experience. I really appreciated his positive attitude and excellent customer service. Thanks, Josh!
I came in the get my car washed and (Kella) had came up and introduced herself with a big smile on her face and was more than happy to help me with what I wanted, and I was ALSO satisfied with the pre wash she had given as well, you never get that quality anymore. Great worker :)
I feel like you should get more for a wash when you pay 20 dollars for it. I got home , my car was water spotted the dryers are terrible. And the bottom edge of it was still very dirty. I feel because I didn't get the monthly thing they don't take as much effort
Update!! Yeah so the new mgr., Emily is here now and Idk if it was on her but the sweepers are upgraded and top notch! Thanks ma’am for ALL that you do! You UPDATED membership and Ready to keep my ride shining all summer!! are friendly and just amazing!! You and Thoroughbred get a 10+ I’m a residual member and the service today was top notch! Deashaun on the front end all smiles but busting butt!! The whole crew today is top notch! I FEEL GOOD WHEN MY CAR IS CLEAN!!
